What is included in the membership?
With the membership, you get access to all regular classes and all yoga programs offered.
It does not include the specific yoga programs:

Where do I access the Online Studio?
You can find the 'Sign In' link to the Online Studio in the navigation menu of my main website, dinahakua.com, or simply click here.
How do I find the right classes?
In the Online Studio Membership, you can easily find the class you want by using filters for:
• Category
• Level
• Phyical Intensity
• Duration
Category
Use the Category filter to explore all the types of classes available in the Membership.
Level
Explore classes for different levels – beginners to advanced. Take your time with new poses, listen to your body, and rest as needed. Choose from:
• Beginner + All Levels
• Intermediate
• Advanced
Physical Intensity
Intensity measures how much effort a class requires. Look for circles on class thumbnails to see the intensity level.
Duration
Use the "Duration" filter to find a class that fits your schedule perfectly. Choose what works best for you.
Where should I begin in the Online Studio?
There's no right or wrong place to start. Consider your level, experience, and current daily situation.
It's best to begin where you feel comfortable. If your energy is low, starting with a mild class might be beneficial. Feel free to explore different options and see what works best for you.
Can I use my mobile phone?
You can access the Online Studio from your mobile device by opening your usual web browser. You can also save a bookmark of the Online Studio to your home screen on both iPhone and Android devices for easy access. See the details below:
On iPhone/iOS:
Open Safari and visit https://studio.dinahakua.com/catalog
Tap the Share icon (middle-bottom of the browser).
Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen.”
Name it as you like, then tap "Add" in the top-right corner.
The Online Studio will now appear as an app bookmark on your home screen.
On Android:
Open Chrome and visit https://studio.dinahakua.com/catalog
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right corner) and select “Add to Home screen.”
Enter a name for the shortcut, then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
Can I cancel any time?
With the monthly subscription plan, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time.
Where are the playlists and workbooks?
When you open a video or collection, you'll see the video player first, along with a playlist for collections.
Below that, you'll find an About section providing details about the video or collection. Here you can also access Spotify playlists and links to external resources related to the content (if available).
Additionally, there's a Resources tab with downloadable materials if available. I
How long will I have access?
Membership Subscriptions
With Monthly or Annual Memberships, you'll have access to the Online Studio for the duration of your subscription.
Single Courses, Workshops or Programs
When you purchase a single course, workshop or program, you get lifetime access to it. How do you get lifetime access? In the event of platform closure, you'll have the option to download the videos for continued access.
Manage Your Account and Billing
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email, then click "Send Instructions."
You'll receive an email shortly with instructions to reset your password. If you don't receive the email, no worries! Just reach out to us at hello@dinahakua.com
How do I change my password?
After logging into your account, click on "My Account" or "Dashboard" in the top navigation menu. Then, select "Password" and update it with your new choice.
How do I cancel my recurring subscription?
Log into your account, then go to "My Account" or "Dashboard" in the top menu.
Click on "Billing," find your subscription plan at the bottom of the page, and select "Change Plan and Cancel Membership."
Your membership will be canceled, and access will end at the end of your current payment period.
How do I update my billing information?
Once logged into your account, you can update your billing information by navigating to "My Account" or "Dashboard" from the top menu. Select "Billing" and proceed to update your information.
My credit card is being declined
If your credit card is being declined, it could be due to online purchase restrictions set by your card issuer. Please contact your credit card company to confirm the validity of your purchase. Additionally, some cards do not support recurring subscription billing, which may result in a denial.

How can I resolve video playback issues?
Ensure you have a fast, stable internet connection for smoother playback. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browsers. Older devices and browsers may cause playback issues.

Each class in the Online Studio is equipped with a comments section where you can share your experiences, thoughts, and feedback.Simply navigate to the class you want to comment on, scroll down to find the comments section, and type your message. Your comments help create a community dialogue and allow me to better understand your needs and preferences.
